Terms and conditions

  1. Our Agency will only undertake business on the terms and conditions contained herein.
  2. The Agent acts as agent only for the purpose of effecting introductions between Clients and staff ("Applicants") and the fees to the Agency are for the introduction only.
  3. The Agency does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the Agency's introduction or provision of services or from any acts, omissions or conduct of Applicants introduced by the Agency.
  4. Although the Agency does take every care to check the Applicant's details, the Client is strongly advised to satisfy himself/herself as to the suitability of the Applicant.
  5. All fees to be paid in full within seven days of the date of the invoice. On the condition that our invoice is settled within seven days of the date of issue, where the applicant is found to be unsatisfactory, a replacement employee will be found up to eight weeks after the commencement date.
  6. For permanent placements, in the event the Agency is unable to find a replacement within the 56 day period, a refund of 20% will be given.
  7. In the event of the Client's cancellation of engagement before the employee commences, a 50% fee will be charged.
  8. Names and addresses of referees are given in confidence and must not be passed on.
  9. The interviewed Applicant is NOT permitted to give to the Client their personal address or telephone number until notification of intent to employment is given to the Agency.
  10. The Agency reserves the right to levy an appropriate fee should the Client, or a party introduced by the Client, employ staff initially introduced by the Agency.
  11. Should a candidate be introduced on a temporary or part time basis and that candidate is subsequently employed for either full time or for increased hours, the Agency will levy an additional fee based on the full time/increased time employment, less whatever has been paid in respect of the previous placement.
  12. Should an Applicant be unsuitable for any reason, their details are not to be passed to third parties.  Should this occur and the Applicant is employed by that third party, our fees will become applicable and due from the original Client (who will need to seek appropriate redress from the ultimate employer).

Fees payable

Full-time resident staff - housekeeper / couple / nanny / au pair / mother's help 14% of gross annual salary plus VAT
Non-resident staff 14% of gross annual salary plus VAT
Part-time staff, i.e. less than 12 hours per week 14% of gross annual salary plus VAT
Subject to a minimum fee of £150.00 plus VAT
