Organisations with 250 staff or more are being urged to publish their shared parental leave on their websites to improve transparency and encourage competition on pay. “So what?” you may say, “we are not a big business”. Very true, but it’s also possible that your own staff are unaware of Shared Parental Leave and how it works and finding out could be a benefit to them.
