If you are waiting, or know a friend who is waiting for their Right To Work check to be processed and a status check, then here is a little good news.

The current digital Right To Work check which was introduced by the government in 2020 as a temporary measure has been so successful they are making it a permanent process.

It was introduced to avoid employers having to check physical documents and has been a boon to employers by speeding up the checking process. The Home Office has confirmed the
system will become a permanent feature from April 6th 2022.
