But according to a report by Henley Business School, 40% of employees have a job on the side to make ends meet. Does it matter? Well it depends on whether or not it affects the work they do for you.

Additionally, with your employment hours plus any additional day off work, their hours should not exceed current Working Time Regulations. These cap the number of hours a person should work in an employed capacity of an average of 48 hours per week.
