Have Any of Your Domestic/Household Staff Been Shielding?

Extremely clinically vulnerable employees who stayed at home to protect themselves from corona virus are now allowed to return to work.

This came into effect at the beginning of August, however, many fear being made redundant or worry about  their safety when returning to their place of work.

Now, in an open letter to the government 15 charities have warned that many of these employees will be forced to choose between health and their jobs.

More than two million people deemed extremely vulnerable to corona virus are shielding in England. Approximately 595,000 of those people usually work, according to the charities.

If any of your employees are in this situation, discuss it with them, go through their concerns and see if they can be allayed.
