The National Living Wage is now law

Since 1 April, all workers aged 25 and over have been legally entitled to at least £7.20 per hour. As an employer, you’ll need to make sure you’re paying your staff correctly. This is because the National Living Wage will be enforced by HMRC and failing to comply may result in penalties.
