Your Employer Can Now Tell You To Return To Work

Because of a very recent change in the rules, your employer can now tell you to return to work, unless you have a medical exemption.

This follows the government’s announcement that their Plan B measures ended on 27th January 2022.

Face coverings will not be mandatory in indoor venues, and oranisations will be able to choose whether to require NHS COVID-19 Passes.

Plan B came into effect on 8 December, following the rapid spread of the Omicron variant.

Medical exemption
Their are a few possible reasons for exemptions, these include: If you have a learning disability such as autism or a combination of impairments which mean that vaccination and testing result in distress.

Alternatively if you suffer from severe allergies to all currently available vaccines or if you have had an adverse reaction to the first dose (for example, myocarditis).
